Where do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout Thailand and to Singapore! Shipping rates and
delivery times vary depending on your location. Should you wish to enquire
about other destinations, please contact us.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Thailand:
2-5 business days

International:
14-21 business days

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in Thailand on orders below 2,000thb is 200thb.  We offer free shipping on orders in Thailand over
2,000thb.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Where are your products made?

All our products (aside from Turkish Towels) are handmade in Thailand by
skilled artisans. We prioritise sustainable materials and ethical sourcing. Our
Turkish Towels however, are made in Turkey.

 

What materials do you use?

Our towels are made from 100% Turkish cotton.

Our blankets are handwoven in Northern Thailand using traditional wooden looms.

Our spa products are crafted with 100% natural essential oils. We never test on animals.

 

How should I care for my towels and blankets?

Machine wash in warm water with mild detergent.

Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain absorbency.

Line dry or tumble dry on low for best results.

 

 

 

 

 

 What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

 

How do I start a return?

Can I exchange an item for a different colour or style?

Yes! If your item is unused, you can exchange it for a different variant.
