Shipping & Returns

Palms & Pineapples is based in Phuket, Thailand. We ship locally in Phuket free of charge for all orders over 1,000THB. For orders under this amount a 200THB charge applies.

Delivery will be within 2-4 working days from purchase.

If you are ordering from the rest of Thailand, delivery has a flat fee of 100THB.

If for any reason you wish to return your purchased goods, returns are possible within 7 days - a full refund will be made if the products are returned unopened and in excellent condition. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
