Palms & Pineapples is based in Phuket, Thailand. We ship locally throughout Thailand free of charge for all orders over 1,800THB. For orders under this amount a 100THB charge applies.

Delivery will be within 2-5 working days from purchase.

If for any reason you wish to return your purchased goods, returns are possible within 7 days - a full refund will be made if the products are returned unopened and in excellent condition. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
